Shipping policy

Within New Zealand

Shipping rates depend largely on volume, and for this reason shipping of our filled beds will be calculated at checkout.

For all other orders there is a flat rate of $15.

Due to being located rural, all orders will be shipped 2 working days following your order being placed. Please contact us if you require it more urgently.

International Deliveries

We currently ship to Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States and Canada.

All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse in New Zealand. We use New Zealand Post, and DHL Express to dispatch all international orders.

Once your order is dispatched, please allow 10 - 18 working days* for delivery. The shipping price is determined on the total value of your order.

International parcels are sent Duty Unpaid, apart from the US where duties and taxes are included. If any taxes, duties or VAT are to be paid for the import of the parcel, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the charges. Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries, for further information please contact your local customs office.

All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Items are usually shipped by courier 1-2 working days after they have been ordered.
